Developing a Strong Business Connection

Developing a Strong Business Connection

Client service is one of the most important thing to a client, much more important than fees’.

A client that is treated with respect and provided excellent client service will most assuredly refer their friends and family to you. Why wouldn’t they?

When the appropriate date approaches, send your client a card, whether it is a holiday card, a birthday card, a graduation card, or a congratulatory card. Just send it.

There are many reasons to develop a strong connection with your client, but two of the reasons remain to be key.

Or, you can keep it simple.

For starters, get to know your clients by name, then address them by name. Make your existence known and felt.

The referral process is the second reason for developing connections.

And believe me, your competition will attempt to take them away. As long as you provide excellent client service, your client will stick with you.

Non-business small talk puts your client at ease and gets them talking.

Another way to strengthen your connection with your client is to keep a Rolodex handy with a list of all of your clients birthday’s, anniversaries, and special events. Keep your ears and eyes open for when clients talk about up coming events in their lives. Your most important asset is your client, so develop and strengthen the foundations you have with them.

Developing a strong connection is critical when it comes to business and sales process. The stronger your connection is with your client, the more likely they will be to refer you business.

Your crucial asset is your client, so develop and strengthen the structures you have with them. By developing strong connections, you will be increasing your sales.

One main reason is that clients value and appreciate excellent client service. They want the piece of mind of knowing that if something ever occurred with their product or service, that they would have you to turn to as their go to person.

Your client needs to feel appreciated, so take a few minutes of your time to show them that you care about them as a client.

Daily, make an effort to develop those connections you have with your client. Don’t just say hi as they walk in and goodbye as they leave.

There is no replacement for excellent client service.

The final thing you need not do is make your client feel like a statistic.

Your clients will appreciate the fact that you cared more about the client relationship and experience.

The connection with your client will continue to grow the relationship and business.
